Paul is the Head Chef for the Delta Hotels by Marriott Warwick, and is our lead Chef for the Kingmaker. Paul who has worked in the hotel since 1999 has seen the hotel go through many changes in his time here, however without a shadow of a doubt this has been the most exciting. "Since our refurbishment our passion to deliver best in class Food and Beverage has heightened even more, and the opportunity to work with Glynn Purnell and his team has been a priceless opportunity to learn new skills, and help develop our team even further"

Peter is the Hotel General Manager, and has led our exciting journey and conversion into Europe's 7th Delta Hotel by Marriott. Peter is a self-confessed Foodie, and believes the many large hotels do not fully recognise the opportunity in having a quality Food and Beverage Offering. "In our case, we very much saw the opportunity to re-engineer our Food and Beverage facilities within the hotel, moving out of a typical hotel experience largely renowned for average quality at expensive prices. Our partnership with Glynn Purnell perfectly represents our desire to offer our guests a best in class dining experience in the Kingmaker Restaurant if they wish, whilst offering a really strong restaurant to the local area for the residents of Warwickshire to enjoy

Gareth is the Hotel Manager for Delta by Marriott and is the younger brother to Glynn Purnell. The chance to bring our family name to our business is of immense pride to me, and it has been nice to have the opportunity to work with Glynn. Many people don't realise that me and Glynn have worked together before, many years ago at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole where I worked on Front Office and Glynn was a Chef de Partie, so it is nice after all these years to work with Glynn again.
